Vincenzo De Cotiis
Vincenzo De Cotiis was born in 1958 in Gonzaga, Italy. He studied architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan and opened his own studio in 1997. Pioneer of international collecting, he creates handcrafted, unique projects in limited edition. He re-adopts ancient materials, marked by time and usure, and blends them with industrial or precious, raw or natural new materials, in a completely innovative way.
Walking through time and historical memory, the architect and designer Vincenzo De Cotiis creates unique items blending luxury materials with glass, stone and recycled wood. His work is shown in the world's most important design exhibitions such as Design Miami / Basel, Design Dubai e Art Paris. Among his most prestigious collaborations, the creation of the DC Occasional Table collection of coffee tables with Ceccotti Collezioni, a collection of unusual leather sofas with a contemporary flair with Baxter.
