DS-57 Aero is an armchair designed by Franz Romero for de Sede with an enveloping, futuristic shape. Available with or without height-adjustable headrest, it is upholstered in leather. The base is in black stained beech wood or polished aluminium. Padding and structure of the seat, backrest and headrest in SEDEX with wadding cushion. Moulded foam armrests with wadding cushion.

The DS-57 Aero armchair echoes the eye-catching wrap-around design of 1930s sports cars, with the typical accentuated slope of the seat achieved by a wedge-shaped plinth structure, covered with a high-gloss, impact-resistant varnish or in varnished solid oak. The de Sede brand has ancient origins and a long tradition of leather craftsmanship that has been handed down for generations in Klingnau, Switzerland. The experience of the saddler's workshop has made it possible to hand-craft leather furniture of singular and unique quality.
