The Eames Fiberglass Side Chair by Vitra is a design icon that, more than 60 years after its debut, continues to be produced with millions of units and several re-editions. In this version, a limited edition version of the Eames Fiberglass Side Chair with La Fonda base is offered, with a fibreglass shell in Eames Ochre Dark, base in basic dark and seat cushion in black/terra d'ombra naturale Toostripe fabric.

This exclusive version combines the shell designed by Charles and Ray Eames with cushions upholstered in Toostripe fabric, created by Alexander Girard. The chair is available in two colour variants, each produced in a limited series of 250. The close collaboration and friendship between Mr and Mrs Eames and Alexander Girard left a profound mark on their work, and the archives of both, kept at the Vitra Design Museum, inspired this special edition. Each chair comes with a numbered metal label, underlining its exclusivity.
