Eyeshine Mirror Irregular

Eyeshine is an irregular mirror designed by Anki Gneib for the Gebrüder Thonet Vienna brand.

Simple geometric shapes, circular and oval combined, recreate scenographic suggestions that evoke the mystical power of the eye and define the profile of the EYESHINE mirrors created by the designer Anki Gneib. The steam-bent solid wood encloses the reflecting surface and is modulated on different sizes, amplifying the eye's inquiring echo.

Designed by Anki Gneib

Designer and architect, Anki Gneib was born in London and studied at the Department of Interior Architecture and Furniture Design at the University College of Art, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. He founded his studio in the city of Stockholm and began working in the field of interior design and architecture. His style is defined by a versatile creativity, a rediscovery of materials and craftsmanship, directed towards a measured artistic and cultural research.
