Fat Sofa is the armchair designed by Patricia Urquiola for B & B Italy, year 2007. It is part of a series of sessions 'on the ground' devoid of metal base to match the ottoman.

The seating collection Fat signed Patricia Urquiola is enveloping and comfortable. An oasis of relaxation for your intimate moments in living. B & B Italy here blends original shape and technological innovation, represented here by the use of a viscoelastic foam with slow return which gradually adapts to the body and posture.

Patricia Urquiola, Spanish designer and architect, is among the most brilliant female personalities of the contemporary design panorama. In 2001 she founded the Patricia Urquiola Studio with Alberto Zontone, dealing with product design, architecture, artistic direction and strategic consultancy.
