Antoniolupi Filorigo Freestanding Whashbasin Designed by Paolo Ulian

Filorigo is the freestanding washbasin designed by Paolo Ulian for the Antoniolupi brand. A simplified variant of the Flow washbasin, a synthesis of energy and matter.

The Filorigo freestanding washbasin is composed of a balanced combination of two cylindrical volumes in marble or stone. Its unique and unmistakable design creates a stark contrast between the perfectly smooth surface of the cylindrical column that serves as the base and the finish of the basin above, characterized by dense vertical grooves that create an intriguing play of contrasts on the surface. Filorigo, compared to its big brother Flow, is an alternative more focused on functionality of use while maintaining its characteristics of formal purity and essentiality. Filorigo can also be integrated with an LED light source in the lower part of the basin, which illuminates the base and accentuates the feeling of lightness and upward momentum that characterizes the image of the basin.
