Fred is a lounge chair by Jaime Hayon for Fritz Hansen. The frame has been crafted from 8 individual pieces of wood, digitally cut before being carefully finished and assembled by hand. The frame is available in natural oak, stained oak and black ash. Upholstered with exclusive Christianshavn fabric, a tactile and durable wool-blend in a range of amazing colours or in leather.
The lounge chair Fred strikes the perfect balance between past and future, making lounging a new art form. Elegant from every angle, the decorative joints with gently rounded edges are assembled by hand in a nod to Danish heritage designs and craftsmanship tradition. Perfectly proportioned with a solid frame and the open, low-slung silhouette has a contemporary feel despite its classic roots.

Standard Delivery refers to the street level and the order is always covered by insurance.
You can get the goods delivered to any address by specifying the full details at the time of order placement.
*Expected days of departure exclude holidays and any long weekend.
**For out of stock products, waiting times don’t include days from August 1 to August 27, while for in stock products shipments occur regularly with the exception of 14/15/16 August.
You can change your mind
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the order delivery, without giving any reason.
