The transparent surface is enlivened by precisely applied circular discs in pastel shades that recall constellations suspended within a mass of clear glass. The alternation of colours and transparencies generates a delicate mosaic effect that transforms with light, creating depth and visual dynamism. The harmonious profile and balanced structure make this piece suitable for both essential spaces and settings where light and colour can dialogue freely. The bowl comes as part of a collaboration between Roubíček and Moser, which began in 2006 on the occasion of an important anniversary for the brand, and is part of a series of works that combine function and formal research. Trained under Jaroslav Václav Holeček, the artist developed a recognizable language, celebrated in international exhibitions, including EXPO 1958, characterized by an interest in movement and energy within static forms. With the Galaxy bowl, this approach is translated into an object that materializes visual abstraction, thanks to meticulous craftsmanship and a clear and powerful idea.
