Living Divani Grek Box Container Designed by Buratti Architetti

Grek Box is a container designed by Gabriele and Oscar Buratti. It has a 12 mm thick supporting structure, made of a "sandwich" of MDF and aluminium sheet, pressed and glued together; matt black painted MDF plinth with integrated height-adjustable PVC feet.

Designed by the rigour of thin sheets of aluminium sheet, Grek Box is a system of open, floor-standing or suspended containers, created by the different aggregation of a single basic module, which can be placed side-by-side, on top of each other, arranged in a corner or double-sided. The interplay of solids and voids generates compartments at different heights for the multiple sizes of books and objects. A geometric container with a layered effect, to be customised in use by experimenting with new furnishing possibilities.
