Groundpiece is the modular sofa designed by Antonio Citterio for the Flexform brand. The project that has changed the way of sitting on the sofa and has equipped it with new features in step with the changes in lifestyles.

Groundpiece revolutionizes the very concept of the sofa, making it an element to be lived in for every need. With a deconstructed line and new proportions, low and deep, designed to favor a more relaxed and informal seat. The padding of the seat cushions can be made of goose down in the "premium" version, or in dacron. The armrests can be both padded and container elements, with a metal frame covered in leather, to be used as a shelf or a small bookcase.
