The Hana vase was created in Copenhagen by designer Krøyer-Sætter-Lassen for Menu, inspired by the ancient Japanese art of flower arrangement.The Hana vase is part of a collection of three vases differing in height, shape and finish. The inspiration comes from ikebana, a method that involves the use of a few flower stems, inserted through a kenzan, which is a pierced ceramic device that allows to place the flowers at different angles for a foolproof arrangement. You can remove it to create a more traditional arrangement. The Hana vase lends uniqueness to your space: when placed on a side table or a wall unit, it will make your flowers look impeccable.The Hana H. 7 vase is made of black porcelain stoneware, using the slip casting and pressing technique for the inner part.
