Husk Sofa

Designed by Patricia Urquiola for B & B Italia, Husk has an internal frame made of tubular and steel profiles with flexible Bayfit® cold polyurethane foam padding and polyester fiber lining, feet in die-cast nickel-painted bronzed aluminum or burnished copper finish and fabric upholstery. For a single depth of 102 cm two lengths are available, 225 cm and 261 cm, respectively with a single cushion and seat and back cushions divided into two portions.

Like the rest of the series it is named after, the Husk sofa has a soft and original look, at the same time sophisticated and informal. Its hospitable and welcoming shape derives from a set of particularly soft and flexible structural cushions. Flying down cushions increase comfort, while the geometric pattern of the seams decorates it. Husk integrates into modern and classic living areas, happily entering with the most varied furnishings. Versatility is its winning potential. The HS225 model includes an HS55 cushion (55x30) and an HS55C cushion (55x40); the HS261 model includes an HS55 cushion (55x30) and two HS55C cushions (55x40). The sofa is completely removable.
