JWDA is a table lamp made with simple materials, cement brass and glass; the design of this lamp is inspired by traditional oil lamps, that present a design that is both raw and delicate. It has been noted that JWDA Concrete Lamp fits perfectly into any style of interior, ready to adorn a bedside table, desk or sofa table. Jonas Wagell is a young Swedish architect and designer born in 1973. After having trained in graphics, communication, design and architecture, he founded the JWDA studio in 2008. His style is characterized by soft, friendly, minimal but highly expressive shapes, which characterize every element, from lighting to furniture to kitchen accessories. Among the great successes, there are the series of Julep sofas and armchairs, created for Tacchini and the JWDA lamps designed for Menu, the symbol of a functional, intelligent and essential design.
