Bontempi Kimono Extendable Table Designed by E-ggs

Kimono is a barrel-shaped table by Bontempi, designed by E-ggs, expressing balanced proportions through an extendable structure and a sculptural silhouette.

Kimono features a lacquered steel base that grounds the form while preserving visual lightness. The barrel top, available in glossy lacquered glass or SuperMarble finishes matte or glossy, extends via two integrated leaves, maintaining its geometry even when open. The structure meets both practical needs and aesthetic continuity, making it suitable for dining rooms, formal lounges, and executive spaces. The surface finishes invite touch and reflect ambient light in subtle, controlled ways, contributing to a composed functionality.

Studio E-ggs, known for its multidisciplinary approach, brought a sculptural and systemic logic to the design of Kimono.
