Kira is a majestic suspension lamp designed by Alberto Saggia and Valerio Sommella and produced by the famous and elegant Vistosi brand. Lamp made of glass and metal.
Kira combines the blown glass with the metal. The result is a suspension lamp made up of two antithetical sides: a diffuser in crystal glass, decorated and embellished with a rich surface texture, topped by a shade in turned metal, with a clean and minimal appearance. This collection brings together contemporary shapes and the precious and most luxurious crystal typical of classic Venetian chandeliers.

Designed by Alberto Saggia & Valerio Sommella
Alberto Saggia and Valerio Sommella are two Italian designers, both graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan in 2004. Saggia, specialized in lighting design, boasts over 10 years of experience with the Milan-based Metis Lighting studio; while Sommella is an expert in product design and has worked in Milan and Amsterdam. Since 2009 they have been working in synergy, designing lamps and lighting pieces in collaboration with important brands such as Kundalini and Vistosi.

For over 500 years, Vistosi has been creating lamps, pendants and lighting crafted from precious Murano glass, embodying the perfect Venetian artisanal tradition. Light shines through volumes, figures and colors that bring forth some impressive collections such as Giogali, Futura, Peggy, Stone and Diadema, destined to become part of the history of design. Vistosi presents a catalog that grows constantly with new creations, enhancing the value of glass with LED lamps, the latest lighting trend.
