Poltrona Frau Leplì Stool Designed by Kensaku Oshiro

Leplì, a three-piece collection by Japanese designer Kensaku Oshiro for Poltrona Frau, elegantly combines practicality and refined design. The series is characterized by its dynamic functionality, sinuous lines, and tailoring-inspired details. The padded stool, in particular, draws inspiration from the feminine silhouette, accentuated by an ornamental central band available in various colors.

The Leplì Stool features a structure crafted from birch plywood, solid beech wood uprights, and kraft cardboard infill panels. It is padded with polyurethane foam and polyester wadding for exceptional comfort. The base is constructed from poplar plywood with a scratch-resistant black-painted MDF bottom and is equipped with protective felt pads.

Available in two sophisticated finishes—Pelle Frau® leather or fabric—the fabric-upholstered version includes a leather central band for a touch of elegance. When upholstered in leather, the stool and its ornamental band are always in a matching color.
