Rodolfo Dordoni was born in Milan in 1954 and there he graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic. It is formed in one of the city cradle of international design and soon began to work for many companies. As a consultant, art director, coordinator of product strategies and course planner and designer working with companies such as Artemide, Cassina, Minotti, Foscarini, Cappellini, Venini, ErnestoMeda, Serralunga, KnIndustrie, Sambonet, Roda, Moroso, Foscarini, Fontana Arte, Flos, Flou, Emu, Driade. In collaboration with six designers, Foscarini unveils seven new collections and two updated designs. At the heart of the presentation is a contemporary take on the chandelier, with Étoile by Dordoni Studio, Asteria by Alberto and Francesco Meda, and Allumette and Tilia by Francesca Lanzavecchia. New materials also emerge, such as recycled lava and glass beads.
