The six new projects by cc-tapis® presented at IMM Cologne and Maison & Objet all give their own unique interpretation of Tibetan Craftsmanship. 

Himalayan wool becomes an instrument to give voice to designers who have different personalities and who signed a collection of minimal projects characterised by a graphic and contemporary style and a timeless quality. Each of them tells a story. 

Zo and Chipo by Zaven design studio, for example, in Himalayan wool and silk, give a new interpretation of fascinating traditional African masks.

After Party by Garth Roberts is inspired by the scenario that follows a moment of festivity and celebration, with colored confetti scattered on a monochrome background.

N.N.N. by Federico Pepe is distinguished by its geometric design, while Stitch by Chiara Andreatti stands out for its delicate graphic elements of the seams in matching tones, applied, manually, after the hand-weaving of the carpet.

LE (S) S and LA (C) K by Christophe Delcourt (our cover image) joins wool and silk in a research on the relationship between color and natural fibers. Similarly, the series of tapestries Lanolin by Daniel Lora comes from a study on pure and raw Himalayan wool.
