Mdf Italia confirms its elegant, essential, original style combining aesthetics and technological soul. At the Salone del Mobile in Milan, it celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Flow collection, by Jean Marie Massaud, presenting the new features of this iconic seat together with other new projects.

Flow Filo by MDF Italia

The sophisticated design of the large Flow family is enriched for its anniversary with new versions: Flow 10th, Flow Leather, Flow Filo.

Flow 10th, iconic version of the Flow Chair and Flow Slim seats, with white opaque rear shell and sanded leg or rear shell in glossy black with black painted leg. The peculiarity of Flow 10th is that it comes with a new and original 10th methacrylate base. The use of this material gives the seat the illusion of floating in the air.

 Flow Filo by Jean Marie Massaud

Flow Filo, the new version of the iconic chair in the chair and slim version, which stands out for the combination of research and craftsmanship, minimal and functional aesthetics. With a steel core, obtained by welding together the thin and shining steel wires of which it is composed, this new version of the Flow seat is proposed with or without padding (in black or ivory leather) available on request also the backrest padding. The Flow Filo seat finds its ideal location in both contemporary and classic homes. Among other innovations, the Flow outdoor version is now available too.

Flow Pelle by MDF Italia

Flow Leather available in two Nuvola and Anilina leather finishes. Specular in its application, the Nuvola leather, presented in 11 shades, has been designed to furnish contract environments such as restaurants, offices, hotels and is distinguished by a texture punched inside and smooth on the outside. While the Anilina proposed in 7 different shades of premium leather, has details punched outside and smooth inside; it fits perfectly into living areas or home office spaces.

Tense Curve by MDF Italia

Even the iconic table of the Tense collection is enriched with a new version, Tense Curve, with a soft and sinuous silhouette, born from the desire of Piergiorgio and Michele Cazzaniga to favor the conviviality of the guests rounding out its shape.

Qubit by MDF Italia

The new proposals of Mdf Italia born from collaborations with important designers and architects anticipate trends and lifestyles, focusing on versatility and plurality of use. This is the case of Qubit, the container system, ideal as a bookcase, with rigorous geometries and high functionality, designed by Victor Vasilev. Qubit, defined by the designer as a "microarchitecture" is characterized by a repetition of individual modules, adapts to different environments, from the living area to the sleeping area, as a dividing element or as a free-standing totem, it is appreciated in every side that composes it and in any of the three sizes available.

 Metodo by MDF Italia

The other novelty presented on the occasion of the Salone del Mobile designed by Leonardo Talarico for MDF Italia is Metodo, a new concept of coffee table, with a minimal design and circular geometric lines, placed on different levels that meet to create both the floor support that the whole structure. And it is thanks to its minimal and ultra-contemporary design that Metodo allows it to fit perfectly into different residential environments, from the living to the sleeping area.

Neil Twist by MDF Italia

Among the new 2019 products, we discover that Jean Marie Massaud presents the evolution of the Neil chair. Neil Twist, this is the name, is gritty, versatile and in perfect harmony with the MDF Italia style. As its name suggests, the evolution is in the hand-woven rope with the detail of a crossing point internally in contrast with the geometry of the back, which gives it a touch of exclusivity. Its design makes it ideal for both indoor and outdoor solutions.

Finally, inside the stand at the Rho fair, the firm presented new materials and colours that update the existing palettes and enrich the interior of living and contract spaces.
