MOHD PORTFOLIO: A refuge in the heart of Milan
This apartment in the downtown of Milan is the perfect refuge from the chaos of the city. An embracing relax sensation is immediately felt when entering in the bright living room; the light entering the wide windows and the great use of white enhance this feeling, interrupted just by the furniture in scale of grey.
The architect, Francesca Ferlazzo Natoli, created boiserie and countertop in different house structural elements to hide non-useful elements. She collaborated with Mohd’s Interior Design Service team to choose design furniture.
In harmony with the rest of the house, kitchen is dominated by white and steel accents. To catch the attention, there are some red accents in these dialogue between the iconic and the contemporary such as the Campari by Ingo Maurer suspension lamp.A beautiful, unique, modern and ironic piece.
As the rest of the house, the use of white is totally enhanced by the furniture of the bedroom, located at the end of the apartment, delimited by a boiserie.
The terrace is an appendix of the living zone, characterized by outdoor furniture with wicker braiding, that brings a feeling of sophisticated refuge in this project.
