Méne is an ethereal suspension lamp that captures the quiet mystery of celestial motion. Its rippled, mouth-blown glass form reflects the studio’s refined optic-blowing technique, producing subtle variations in surface and light diffusion. The anodised aluminium body, finished in Champagne, introduces a restrained warmth, allowing the glass to resonate with its surroundings. Ideal above dining tables, in contemplative corners, or as part of layered lighting compositions, Méne brings atmospheric clarity to both residential and hospitality spaces.

Ross Gardam’s work consistently bridges artisanal tradition and contemporary methodology. Méne draws on lunar symbolism and was developed through a series of optical glass-blowing experiments, reflecting the studio’s ongoing exploration of materiality and perception. Since its launch, Méne has garnered international attention and has been included in curated collections highlighting modern Australian design.
