Mercer is a suspension lamp designed by Javier M. Borrás & Joan Gaspar for Marset. Made with glass structure and fabric shade.

Mercer is a collection of ceiling, wall, suspension and table lamp. The design of Mercer is based on the inversion of roles in which the shade cloth is within a structure of transparent blown glass. The glass with all its peculiarities gives overtones of the filtered light from the lampshade. The starting point for the design of Mercer was to give the place a warm and cozy while providing a diffuse illumination.
