Paola Lenti Metamorfosi - Centopeia Island Sofa Designed by Fernando e Humberto Campana

Centopeia is an island sofa from the Metamorfosi collection, created by the Campana designers for the Paola Lenti brand. The seat has a small backrest in the center that promises moments of relaxation.

The Centopeia seating platform is part of the Metamorfosi collection which draws inspiration from natural shapes and biological single-celled elements. The external covering of the seat is made up of a layer of synthetic felt - made from polyester fibers derived from the recycling of PET bottles from separate collection and in turn 100% recyclable again - to which a different decoration is applied each time, which involves the use of processing cuttings of the different fabrics and materials of the collection that would otherwise remain unused. To ensure greater stability, the seat is ballasted inside with sandbags.
