Molteni Mondo - An Italian Design Story is a work edited by Spencer Baile, inspired by the cinema, which opens on the set of the Compound in Brianza and concludes with the master Gio Ponti and his Archive.

The editorial structure is articulated like the scenes of a film, over 380 pages exploring the different subjects with exclusive images commissioned from Jeff Burton and narrated by texts by Spencer Bailey, Maria Cristina Didero, Salvatore Licitra Emma Leigh Macdonald, Ali Morris, Francesca Picchi, Harriet Thorpe and Janelle Zara.

The bond between Molteni&C and Mohd was strengthened with the synergetic production of a special edition of the D.154.2 armchair, designed by Gio Ponti and upholstered with fine fabrics by Jim Thompson.
