Nòs by Gianfranco Frattini is a writing desk designed in 1957 for Bernini, that has been reissued for the Ceccotti Collezioni brand. A highly elegant piece characterised by the attention to details and to furniture history.

Nòs, a word of the Milanese dialect standing for walnut, is a writing desk originally known as Model 530 in 1957, the date of its first release. In keeping with the history of the writing desk, the walnut frame is maintained, but is available in updated colour variants, characterised by the craftsmanship techniques and care for detail typical of Franco Ceccotti’s company.

Nòs is part of the Masters Tribute collection including exclusive re-editions of timeless design classics. The rolltop desk reinterprets and combines the modern and the antique versions of the writing desk. An elegant and decorative model created in the 1700s to meet the feminine taste.

Besides the smooth worktop, the furnishing features a shelf with two rolling shutters,

a recurring element in Frattini’s design. Two lockable drawers are located under the worktop, one on each side. They are equipped with a wooden handle and three compartments, one front and two back.
