In just 15 minutes, it reaches a temperature of 500°C, allowing culinary delights to be prepared quickly. The new design of the hinged door features ViewFlame technology, which offers greater visibility inside the oven, allowing you to admire the cooking process in all its beauty. The oven has a digital thermometer installed, which accurately displays the internal temperature, ensuring flawless cooking. With a spacious baking area, the Ooni Karu 16 allows you to prepare pizzas up to about 40 cm in diameter.
