Origine Centerpiece
Origine by Kimano is an elegant and essential Centrepiece with a strong symbolic value. Alessandra Grasso, a Sicilian interior designer, found inspiration for Origine in a great classic of 19th century art history.
The Origine Centrepiece was born from the suggestions that came to Alessandra Grasso when she observed Gustav Courbet's scandalous 1866 painting L'origine du monde. By stylizing the shape of the lips, it proudly shows the beauty and strength of the female universe. On a solid natural stone base are two symmetrical steel elements placed side by side, slightly tilted inwards to accommodate fruit, bread or other objects.
Centrepiece in powder-coated steel and marble. Available in two colours to match the natural stone: the support will be dark with a base in Grigio Carnico marble, red if the lower part is in Rosso Antico marble. All Kimano materials are not lacquered to allow you to enjoy the sight and feel of the true nature of the stone, their marbles are only impregnated with a sealant that protects them from stains as long as they do not set immediately. Do not treat with aggressive detergents, limescale removers or products containing alcohol. Weight: 3.7 Kg
