PH 3/2 Pale Rose is a table lamp designed by Poul Henningsen and produced by the Louis Poulsen brand.
The PH 3/2 table lamp is a lamp designed by Poul Henningsen in 1926. Louis Poulsen in honor of this lighting classic repurposes PH 3/2 in the Pale Rose version. The lamp features a round base, a stem perpendicular to it, and three concentric circular screens of pale pink blown glass, each with a slightly different shape. The top one is a dome, which is designed to diffuse light evenly. The second screen is a series of segments with a more irregular shape. The third and last screen is a cylinder with a central hole. PH 3/2 Pale Rose is a timeless classic that can beautify any room, easily adapting to living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and even workplaces such as offices and meeting rooms.

Poul Henningsen was born in Copenhagen and, during his studies, he started practicing traditional functionalistic architecture, but over the years his professional interests changed to focus mainly on lighting which is what he is most famous for. His lifelong collaboration with Louis Poulsen began in 1925 and lasted until his death. To this day, Louis Poulsen still benefits from his genius. Poul Henningsen's pioneering work revolving around the relations between light structures, shadows, glare, and color reproduction—compared to man’s need for light remains the fondation of the lighting theories still practiced by Louis Poulsen. The PH Collection is considered his masterpiece, the element that became a timeless icon for the brand. Now, the Ph lamps are available in new different and elegant finishes.
