Pillow Sofa is an original 2021 project by Belgian design duo Fien Muller and Hannes Van Severen, reinterpreted by BD Barcelona for KASSL Editions in black lacquered cotton.

KASSL Editions was founded in 2018 by a group of fashion-loving friends from across Europe who gathered in Kassel, the central German city best known for its contemporary art festival. The brand has become a cornerstone of lifestyle culture, using exclusive technical fabrics to create its iconic, instantly recognizable, "puffed" Pillow bags, originally made from production scraps. BD Barcelona and Muller Van Severen uniquely reinterpret the style of the Pillow bag for a sustainability-themed project initiated by Wallpaper*, with this collection of exceptionally comfortable and modular seating.
