Pix is a pendant lamp designed by designer Simon Legald and produced by the brand Normann Copenhagen. Available in different sizes.
Made of recycled plastic, this hanging lamp is a magnificent combination of sophisticated design and environmental sustainability. To produce the spherical diffuser, plastic waste in various shades of white is mixed and granulated, before being heated to a melting point of 120°, allowing the material to be heated and reused at the end of its life without altering its properties. This process allows the appearance of each lampshade to achieve a unique color composition. The light source by projecting a warm and gentle beam of light creates in rooms a welcoming illumination ideal for pleasant moments of relaxation. Placed in a living or dining room, Pix embellishes any interior with style and class ensuring a unique atmosphere.

Young, curious and talented, Simon Legald is a Danish designer born in 1986. Graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenaghen, in 2012, he has shown immediately an extraordinary ability to put in dialogue between craftsmanship and industry. Legald’s projects highlight a remarkable honesty that brings him to combine functional aspects, psychic and aesthetic needs. Simple and essential shapes define the identity of the objects without useless details, in which structural features are able to communicate the idea behind product. From the beginning of his career, the thirty-year-old designer collaborated with the Danish brand Normann Copenhagen, realizing a great number of articles like the Form series.
