Plico is a folding trolley designed by Richard Saper for the Alessi brand.

Its design was made in the 70s by Richard Saper in metal and colored with epoxy resin and is equipped with polyurethane trays.

Practical and ingenious, with a simple gesture it can be transformed into a table or a worktop.

The trolley can be folded and become extremely compact and easy to store.

Designed by Richard Sapper

Richard Sapper was born in 1932 in Monaco of Bavaria and graduated in Business before starting his design career working for Mercedes-Benz styling department. He wasn’t even 30 years old when he moved to Milan, Italy, where he remained until his death in 2015. In a 60-year career he joined elegance and series production, leaving his mark on Italian-made Industrial Design.
