Opinion Ciatti Ptolomeo Mensola Designed by Lapo Ciatti

Lapo Ciatti, born in 1980, is an Italian industrial designer, CEO and Art Director of Opinion Ciatti. His passion for design probably comes from his family entrepreneurial tradition since the '50s. After he studied at IED and Domus Academy of Milan, he starts to work at prestigious studios in Florence, Milan, and London. Back in Italy, with a strong innovative charge, in 2006 he starts working in the family firm collaborating with Bruno Rainaldi and bringing to the floor the experience acquired abroad. In 2008, the two designers decided to found Opinion Ciatti, a brand capable of reflecting the union between the experiences and the traditions acquired, looking at an innovative design with ironic, fun and refined style. Among the most famous projects, La Cima 3, 5blocks system selected for ADI Design Index, collection #FollowYourRoots, expression of that fil rouge that puts together innovative solutions for home and contract spaces, born from the collaboration with Maurizio Galante and Tal Lancman, such as OFF Paris Seine Suites, the first floating hotel on Senna and Ducasse Sur Seine, the first restaurant of the award-winning chef, hosted on a Bateau Mouche completely electric.
