The Quaderna series turns 50 and celebrates its success by introducing three new models to the successful collection. Recognized as a collection of "radical design", Quaderna declines the study of designers on "Histograms", based on an orthogonal mesh spatial grid, the design of the carpet faithfully reproduces a sketch of an unpublished Architectural Histogram provided by the Archive Cristiano Toraldo di Francia, with a white background and gray and black lines, which depicts an isometric axonometry (of the desk). Hand tufted carpet made with 100% New Zealand wool yarn with a pile of 0.9 cm which has a velvety effect to the touch. Perimeter edging done by hand with black wool thread to finish the six sides.

It was later joined by Roberto Magris, Alessandro Magris, Gianpiero Frassinelli and Alessandro Poli. Superstudio has designed chairs, sofas, stools, desks, tables and accessories with visionary approach, such as Zanotta's Quaderna collection and Poltronova's Sofo.
