Fantoni is one of the most famous Italian firms specialized in the production of design office furniture. Fantoni's pieces of furniture are designed in the central offices in Osoppo, Udine, where 700 employees work every day to create pieces able to respond to everyday needs. This conception is reflected in the company philosophy, historically characterized by Multipli project, designed by architect Gino Valle in 1968: his solution tries to overcome the office hierarchical structure transforming it in an open-system, free, simple. It is from here that the 45° cut was born, which cancels visually the thicknesses making the surface as a unique piece with perfect volumes.
