Ripple Armchair - Vertigo 6820

Ripple is an armchair by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba for Giorgetti. Made in solid ash wood available in natural, anthracite grey, ash grey, stained walnut and stained dark, or in solid canaletto walnut. The padding of the seat is in flexible multi-density polyurethane, covered with fibre. The fabric or leather upholstery is technically removable.

Ripple is an armchair with small dimensions, but with a cheeky irony marks the armchair with a curved back. An harmonic structure creating strong suggestions: the ideal of a design without any material boundaries of great impact. You can put it in living room to complete the decor with the sofa or in the bedroom as a service armchair.

The common desire to realize durable and essential objects made them establish Palomba Serafini Associati in Milan in1994, the city in which Roberto works as Politecnico University professor in Industrial Design course. Since that moment, the couple sees the ascent toward success winning several awards such as Compasso D'Oro, Elle Decoration International Design Award, Red Dot, Design Plus, Good Design Award, German Design Award and collaborating with the biggest international design brands. Currently, they work in their studio and design projects to show their creations worldwide.
