Roll Chair - Black / Argo 2-0132

Roll is a series of chairs designed by MUT for Sancal, defined by essential aesthetics and rigorous construction. The black lacquered steel frame supports two upholstered elements covered in Argo2-0132 fabric 100% mohair.

The formal reference to gym machines is reversed: instead of tension, Roll proposes a break. The backrest and seat are reduced to two upholstered cylinders, supported by a tubular frame that enhances their geometry. No decoration, no accessory elements: each component has a precise function.

Despite its apparent simplicity, the design is open to multiple variations. Upholstery can be freely chosen from fabrics and leathers from the entire Sancal range, while the metal frame is available in a palette of sixteen finishes. A proposal that combines formal coherence and compositional freedom.
