Sail Out 478 is a collection of outdoor furnishing elements designed by Rodolfo Dordoni for the Cassina brand. The series is made up of different models, created through the combination of the various individual modules. The pouf is available in two sizes.

Sail Out 478 is a fresh and contemporary collection. The Italian designer was inspired by the holiday atmosphere of the 1950s and the soft shapes of inflatable fabric beds. The Sail Out sofa is the maximum expression of comfort and hospitality: soft, large and colourful, but also resistant to the bad weather to which it will be exposed, the pouf completes the open air environment with style. The softness of the cushions, obtained using SoloSoff® padding, goes perfectly with the naturalness of the teak wood with which the tables are made.

Rodolfo Dordoni was born in Milan in 1954 and there he graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic. It is formed in one of the city cradle of international design and soon began to work for many companies. As a consultant, art director, coordinator of product strategies and course planner and designer working with companies such as Artemide, Cassina, Minotti, Foscarini, Cappellini, Venini, ErnestoMeda, Serralunga, KnIndustrie, Sambonet, Roda, Moroso, Foscarini, Fontana Arte, Flos, Flou, Emu, Driade.
