Serie 500 is a series born in 1960 from the concept of modularity replicated in storage furniture. These pieces of furniture by the Italian architect and designer are re-proposed from the Gianfranco Frattini Archive, made of Canaletto walnut available in two models and equipped with drawers, retractable shutters and highly practical shelves. Model 500/4 is a sideboard with 4 elements equipped with doors and a chest of drawers in the lower left compartment.

Gianfranco Frattini (1926-2004) was an italian designer, specialized in interior design and industrial design. His creations range from furnishing to lamps, marked by an essential and rigorous style. Wood was undoubtedly his preferred material, he knew its features and crafted it passionately. Among his best sellers, the 780/783 set of stacking tables for Cassina, the Sesann armchair for Tacchini, the Albero bookcase and the Kyoto table for Poltrona Frau.
