Created by Lievore Altherr Molina for Vibia, the Skan suspension lamp renews classical design with a surprisingly minimalistic sensibility, a pendant that provides the spaces with a great luminous functionality. Each product is made of matt lacquered methacrylate.

Timeless design, major impact. The Skan lamp is provided with a LED lighting system and is marked by an extremely simple, essential design, creator of a refined game of thin lines and soft curves. The light source is the undiscussed protagonist of this sinuous lamp, the methacrylate diffuser permeates the room with a warm, relaxing light. Simple and elegant, the Skan lamp by Vibia is available in four models, ranging in the number of light sources, surface or recessed mountable and in three different finishes to perfectly suit every space or interior design project.

Designed by Lievore Altherr Molina

Alberto Lievore (Buenos Aires, 1948), Argentinian architect and designer, and designer Jeanette Altherr (Heidelberg, 1965) worked together for many years in the renowned Lievore Altherr Molina studio, collaborating with Manel Molina. In 2016, Lievore and Altherr decide to undertake a new path in Barcellona focusing on product design & development, strategic counselling, creativity direction, artistic direction and fleeting architecture for design firms well-known at an international level such as Arper, Andreu World, Vibia, Tribu and many others. With Dennis Park, one of the designers of their team, they realized Poltrona Frau Trust collection, a system of design and a system of values at the same time. The collection is composed by desks, auto-supporting walls and archiving containers.
