Poliform Soori Coffee Table Designed by Soo Chan

The Soori coffee table by Poliform, conceived by Soo Chan, presents a refined interpretation of bronze furniture. The piece is part of a broader collection, reflecting a distinctive approach to contemporary living spaces through its material presence and sculptural form.

With its origins linked to a project for a hotel in Bali, Soori draws inspiration from traditional vessels found in Indonesian island villages. The table’s silhouette suggests a subtle reference to these forms, resulting in a piece that lends itself to both residential and hospitality settings. The bronze finish imparts a sense of depth and understated elegance, allowing the table to integrate seamlessly into a variety of interior contexts.

As part of a collection that extends beyond tables, Soori can accompany other furnishings to create a cohesive environment. Its presence suggests versatility, offering a surface for display or daily use while contributing to the overall atmosphere of a room. The design’s balance between originality and restraint aligns with the broader aesthetic sensibility associated with Poliform.
