Poltrona Frau Squash Rug Designed by Faye Toogood

Squash is an interior furniture collection designed by Faye Toogood and produced by Poltrona Frau. The series includes several elements, including an armchair, an ottoman, a mirror, a coffee table and a rug. The Squash rug is available in two sizes and two colour combinations.

Inspired by the soft and playful shapes of the 1970s, Squash is distinguished by its sinuous curves and contemporary, whimsical silhouette. In an explosion of colours and softness, the Squash collection is the result of a carefully considered design that, while aesthetically appealing, does not neglect the importance of comfort.

The Squash carpet collection offers a checkerboard pattern reminiscent of the style of classic English patchwork chairs, each square having been hand-painted. The dyes used, as well as the natural fibres, faithfully recreate the effect of painting, while the deep weave and shaded threads give a touch of elegance similar to brushstrokes. All in accordance with the highest standards of sustainability.
