Tobi-Ishi Round Table

Designed by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby for B&B Italia, this table has a top with MDF wood fibre panel, legs in high density polyurethane resin (Baydur®) and a variety of finishes: in cement grout or glossy painted or satin painted.

Its name and statuesque appearance were inspired by the ornamental stones in Japanese gardens. Its shape is characterised by the overhanging top and bases that look different depending on the viewpoint.
