Tokio is a modular sofa designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune for the Arflex brand.

Inspired by the city of Tokio, where modernity lives next to tradition, this modern sofa meets the needs of every type of space. Generous shapes and a comfortable geometry: this is what characterizes the Tokio seating system. The volumes of the sofa are well defined and sculpted with softness, without any acute angle. The sofa is just off the ground, giving it a floating appearance.

Tokio is available in three models and in different varieties of fabric.

Designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune

Claesson Koivisto Rune is a multidisciplinary design studio, founded in 1995 in Stockholm by Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune. The studio was firstly created to be oriented towards the field of architecture, but it soon entered the world of design. From the production of furniture, to lamps and home and kitchen accessories, Claesson Koivisto Rune concretizes its style in wonderful, modern and minimalist creations.
