Forty years ago, the famous Italian designer amazed the world with his modular sofa inspired by the city that never sleeps, an international design icon that now finds new inspiration in a prestigious project in collaboration with Cassina. The screen Tramonto a New York is a symbolic still image of the Big Apple skyline; skyscrapers, bright colours, reflections on windows and a warm sun. The semi-transparent polyurethane resin with which it is made emphasises the nuances of each colour, an extraordinary palette to decorate and enrich a private space, creating a conceptual window on the world. The resin colouring process is done by hand, which makes each piece unique, like a true work of art.

On each screen is a plaque bearing the name and year of the project, the progressive production number, the Cassina logo and the signature of Gaetano Pesce.

Resin is a heat-sensitive material. It is recommended not to place the screen near heat sources, and to avoid exposing it to high temperatures.
