Moroso Tulp Chair - Metal Base Designed by Studio Stefan Scholten

Tulp is the armchair with an unmistakable design designed by Stefen Scholten for the Moroso brand.

Tulp is a series of seats that freely takes inspiration from the blooming of a flower dear to the Dutch designer: the tulip. In fact, the backrest and armrests of Tulp open up in a harmonious embrace with nature which immediately brings to mind the blossoming of the flower. Tulp is available in three versions, with four wooden legs, swivel with central wooden base attachment or with four-legged tubular metal structure. The armchairs are built with a production process that allows them to be disassembled at the end of their life cycle. The rigid polyurethane body is co-molded with flexible expanded polyurethane padding: the absence of metal parts thus allows the components to be separated for recovery and recycling.
