Valigia is a beautiful lamp designed by the famous designer Ettore Sottsass in 19707 and produced by the Stilnovo brand. Supporting arches and handle in glossy red painted metal. Vaulted lampshade in two-tone matt black painted metal on the outside, white on the inside.
Valigia is ironic and informal: the small handle and the two supporting arches in red tube are connected to the metal vault, which contains the light. Valigia is a small architecture without precise boundaries, openly designed to be taken anywhere. Supporting arches and handle in glossy red painted metal. Vaulted lampshade in two-tone matt black painted metal on the outside, white on the inside. LED bulb 7W 2700K E27 included.

Designed by Ettore Sottsass
Ettore Sottsass Jr was born in Innsbruck in 1917 by a homonymous father and an Austrian mother. In 1939 he graduated in architecture from the Politecnico di Torino. Architect, designer and photographer, Sottsass were among the most influential figures of radical design. In 1957 he became Art Director for the brand Poltronova, creating some of their iconic pieces such as the Ultrafragola mirror. In 1981 he founded the Memphis group, an Italian design and architecture collective distinguished by the use of bright colours and eccentric geometrical figures.
