Venti Floor is a floor lamp designed by Alessandro Mendini and produced by the Slamp brand.
The concentric circles located in the walls of the shade, which get bigger as they are closer to the light sources, allow for this floor lamp to diffuse a sober and soft light. Venti Floor is entirely made of Opalflex®, an innovative material that makes it light and easy to clean. The neutral colours give this lamp a discreet appearance, making it suitable for any interiors. Alessandro Mendini (1931-2019) was one of the great italian designers, architects and artists of postmodern design between the ‘60s and ‘70s. His revolutionary, visionary and ironic style is concretized in artworks destined to become real design icons. Among them, the Proust armchair for Magis, a work of Re-Design characterized by a romantic, baroque and distinctly ludic style and the world-famous Anna G. bottle openers for Alessi, for which he also was meta-project consultant.
