Originally designed in the 1940s by Danish architect Vilhelm Lauritzen, the Radiohus VL 45 lamp was a suspension lamp with a brass frame and a milk-white three-layer blown glass shade. Reintroduced by Louis Poulsen in 2016 under the name VL45 Radiohus Pale Rose, the lamp was made of rose-colored four-layer blown glass with an optically patterned surface that could distribute light evenly. Louis Poulsen's pale pink glass shade is a must in contemporary lighting designs, as it is perfect for creating warm and welcoming atmospheres.
