Wo is a vase enamelled porcelain glossy finish designed by Vincent Todjman for Ligne Roset.

The Wo (Chinese for whirwind) vase have a fluid twist torsion. Its shape have ever a different point of view and invites the glace to the movement. Appearing different from every angle from which it is viewed, the shape invites one’s gaze to move over it. Enamelled porcelain – choice of blanc or bleu ciel. Made in Portugal. Porcelain is a fine, translucent ceramic which is produced by heating kaolin to more than 1400°C, which makes it very hard. 2 firings were required in this particular production process, one initial firing and one for the enamelling.

Designed by Vincent Tordjman

Vincent Tordjman is a French artist, designer, scenographer and musician. After training at the Metz Conservatory, he studied furniture design with Jean-Claude Maugirard at the Arts Déco de Paris. Between 1996 and 1998 he collaborated with designer Didier Gomez. With an open and eclectic approach that ranges from performing arts to design, Tordjman works on interior architecture projects, scenography for theaters and designs furniture for brands such as Ligne Roset.
