Bend Sofa Collection
Designed by Patricia Urquiola for B&B Italia, Bend has an internal frame in tubular steel with steel profiles, internal frame upholstery in Bayfit® flexible cold shaped polyurethane foam with polyester fibre cover, support in visco-elastic polyurethane with cover in polyester fibre and cotton, feet in thermoplastic material.
It seems moulded by an artist but actually stems from the study of 3D patterns and digital research. It has the appearance of a monolith shaped by subtraction, rounded and moulded by the designer. Its irregular shape enhances comfort and the contrasting seams underline the design and movement. Its originality joins a detailed compositional study: curved modules whose assembly stars with the seats, ottoman and corner develop a large number of variants, including linear versions for smaller spaces and more complex solutions.

You can change your mind
